The Kuali Financial System (KFS) is a comprehensive software solution that integrates most of the core financial functions at the University of California, Davis, including the Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Purchasing, Labor Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Capital Asset Management (CAMS).
FIS Decision Support (FIS DS) is the Web-based reporting component of KFS and of DaFIS, our legacy financial system; FIS DS contains the approved transaction data from KFS, AggieTravel, UCDBuy, and AggieBuy, as well as housing the billing information from campus service units.
The FIS Help Desk, within the AdminIT Client Services team, provides Help Desk services to support our campus customers with questions or issues regarding KFS or FIS DS.
The FIS Help Desk also provides Kuali Application training, online and in-person, available in the Learning Management System (LMS).
The hours of operation for KFS and FIS Decision Support are 6 am - 7 pm, Monday through Saturday. Applications may be unavailable on Sundays due to scheduled maintenance.
