We maintain a centralized print services environment supporting shared network printers and their associated print queues. We are responsible for the installation, deployment and administration of network printers and print queues as well as troubleshooting any related technical issues. Break fixes associated with device hardware are escalated to a third party vendor for repairs.
There is no additional charge for the centralized print service. Departments are responsbile for the cost associated with any printer purchase or repair.
