What is the Continuous Improvement Showcase?
Aligned with UC Davis' Continuous Improvement Initiative, the Continuous Improvement Showcase is dedicated to enhancing efficiency, fostering innovation, and improving processes across the university. This engaging half-day event provides a platform to showcase Lean and Continuous Improvement projects through an interactive Gallery Walk, project presentations, and expert panel discussions.

No cost, but registration required. This event is open to UC Davis employees who are interested in continuous improvement and process innovation. Note: event expected to reach capacity (140), reserve your free ticket early.
Event Highlights
- Leadership Welcome Remarks – Provost Mary Croughan kicks off the event, joined by other campus leaders to highlight the importance of continuous improvement.
- Gallery Walk – Explore a dynamic, interactive space where staff showcase their process improvement successes, lessons learned, and innovations.
- Project Presentations – Selected participants will deliver brief presentations, sharing impactful improvement projects and insights.
- Panel Discussion with Lean Experts – Gain valuable insights from Lean Continuous Improvement experts in a facilitated discussion on best practices, challenges, and strategies for driving meaningful change.

Join us to connect, learn, and explore ways to enhance efficiency and innovation across UC Davis!

- The Office of Business Transformation offers eLearning, virtual Instructor-led, and in-person courses. Explore the list of available Process Improvement training opportunities on our Facilitation and Training webpage.
Classes include introductory and foundational courses, as well as information for advanced training through the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program, offered by UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education.
