Welcome to Client Services, your dedicated source for technical support and information technology services within Finance, Operations and Administration (FOA). Our team of technology professionals is committed to providing exceptional customer service and support to over 1600 staff, temporary employees and students across 13 major departments.

What We Do

Our unit specializes in offering comprehensive technical support for computing devices, peripherals, and both vendor-purchased and locally developed line of business applications. We ensure the seamless operation of over 3000 computing devices spread across a wide geographical area, facilitating the smooth functioning of our organization's technology infrastructure.

At Client Services, we are dedicated to:

  • Technical Support: We provide expert technical support for a wide range of computing devices and peripherals, ensuring your technology needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Application Support: Our team offers support for both vendor-purchased and in-house developed line of business applications, ensuring they run smoothly and meet your operational needs.
  • Central Management: We centrally manage the purchasing of IT hardware and software, securing warranties, maintenance agreements, and ensuring software license compliance, providing you with peace of mind and cost-effective solutions.
  • Endpoint Security: We prioritize the security of your computing devices, implementing measures to protect against threats and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data.
  • Partnership: We work closely with the departments we support, operating in accordance with our Service Partnership Agreements to ensure alignment with your goals and objectives.
