We are a team of technology professionals committed to providing a high level of customer service and support to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance, Operations and Administration (FOA), and the administrative units that report to it.  Providing technical support and information technology services to more than 1600 assigned staff, temporary employees, and students.   

We support more than 3000 computing devices and peripherals, in a geographically widely dispersed area, providing services to 13 major departments.   Includes technical support to line of business applications both vendor purchased and in-house development.  We centrally manage the purchasing of IT hardware and software, securing warranties, maintenance agreements and ensuring software license compliance. We work in partnership with the departments supported in accordance with our Service Partnership Agreement.
