Includes technical support for both vendor-purchased and locally developed line of business applications; central management and purchasing of IT hardware, software, warranties, and maintenance agreements; and ensuring endpoint security and software license compliance. Includes security, storage and backup services, networking, server management, service monitoring, and business continuity – including disaster recovery and business resumption.
Instructional Design & Training
Providing a full service of design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning experiences supported enterprise applications. Our deliverables include face-to-face instruction, technical documentation, online presentations, and interactive online training courses.
Project Management & Analysis
Leading and managing the portfolio of key IT and business process improvement projects assigned to the office. We are responsible for selecting, managing and optimizing project resource investments to ensure that projects are aligned with our partner’s strategic goals. PMO staff work in partnership with functional, technical and training divisions to form cohesive teams to achieve project objectives. PMO supports the successful management of IT projects through application of leading project management practices and supporting business systems process improvement.
