Through demonstrations and examples from colleagues across campus, these sessions highlight ways to simplify processes, leverage digital solutions, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Who Should Attend

This series is intended for staff across all FOA units* who are interested in:

  • Exploring digital tools and workflow improvements
  • Streamlining work and reducing inefficiencies

No prerequisites or technical experience required. 

*Audience: This series is intended specifically for FOA staff, as some content around resources, access, and licensing is unique to the division.
