Send an Email from Outlook Using an Alternate Email Address - MacOS
Occasionally a need arises to send email from an email address in which you have been granted send-as permissions. These steps will walk you through sending as a delegated email address in Outlook on a Mac. This can only be done if your account has been granted permission to send as the email address from which you want to send.
- In Outlook, while composing a new message, click the Options ribbon.
- Expand the From drop-down menu and select the email address from which you want to send.
