Add an Office 365 Profile Photo

Give your email a personal touch by adding a profile photo to Office 365, so that colleagues can better know your face. To change your Office 365 profile photo, first, log into Office 365 at Then, go to options by first selecting the gear icon from the top right-hand corner of the screen and then selecting Options.














From the options page, select My account, from underneath the General category. Then select the pencil icon underneath your current image to upload a new photo.









A new pane will slide in from the right-hand side of the window. Select upload photo to browse your computer for an image to use, and don’t forget to save before exiting.
